Step 3: The resolution result will be informed to customers via direct meetings, phone calls, or email. Response time is within 7 working days from the date of receipt (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

  • Customers must keep all learning materials/curriculum confidential and are not allowed to use them for commercial purposes outside of Sunny Days Piano.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the condition of any equipment provided by Sunny Days Piano during service usage.
